I first acquired my Real Estate License in 2006 and have since kept abreast of all changes in the industry. As a general rule, all Realtors in BC are required to obtain 18 credits over each 2 year licensing period in order to re-new our licensing for the next 2 years.
The industry is not like it once was, The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) have been working hard in the last number of years to elevate the industry to a high standard of excellence in which you can be assured you are dealing with a highly educated Professional.
Each Realtor has the ability to choose courses to acquire these credits in areas of their preference or expertise. It is worth mentioning here that I have chosen to be at the top of my game in all areas of Real Estate Law. The following is a list of courses I have acquired certification for in order to provide my clients with the knowledge and peace of mind that your transaction, whether buying or selling, is being handled by a professional that is current on all industry changes.

In order to further my expertise, in 2011, I acquired my Real Estate Brokerage Licence. I am therefore qualified to not only operate in the industry as a Real Estate Professional, I am also qualified to operate my own brokerage and oversee licensed professionals.
It is, in my opinion, my duty and obligation to arm myself with all the knowledge available to me in order to safely guide you through the buying or selling transaction. My knowledge and skill will enable you to sit back and enjoy the experience for what it should be: an adventure on the way to your next step in life.
In closing, I would like to announce that I am currently enrolled for ABM designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), and will likely follow that with SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and RSPS designation (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), all areas in which I pride myself in already being fully experienced and expert.
I am proud to say that client care and satisfaction has provided me with a clientele that in the last 5 years has been almost exclusively based on referrals.
Please feel free to contact me at anytime; if even just to have an informal chat over coffee so you can get to know me and allow me to demonstrate with current facts and statistics, my experience and confidence.
